Philosophy of Government

I believe that freedom is more important than security. I think this because
in the ideal society we didn’t use the constitution, we made our own rules. We
didn’t have to use the constitution to write up a bill and stop the government
from using the ichip to watch us. Plus, we took them to court and sued them to
make them fix the ichip. If it were up to me, to make the perfect ideal society, I
would make the ichip the best selling chip in the country. Everyone would have
an ichip and nobody would get injured from this chip. This chip would not be
government filtered because the 4th amendment sates that all shall have privacy
so what makes them think that they shouldn’t respect our rights? The main goal
of the government is to fulfill every citizens needs and make sure that they are
satisfied. Also, make sure that they have no complaints, that the majority of the
citizens agree to the ideas, and make sure that they let citizens have a say in their
government.

Citizen protest was a major factor in the ideal society when the ichip was
first invented. Citizen Leon Watson was the ringleader in this cause when he tried
to lead a protest to try to impeach the president. The right to protest falls under
Amendment 1, which states; Congress shall make no law respecting the
establishment of religion or prohibiting free exercise. President Mink was kind of
upset but wasn’t really that worried because she believes that citizens have no say
in it. She may need to check her constitution. Will citizen Watson succeed in what
he is trying to do?

Things got pretty hectic when a bomb went off in the senate almost killing
Senator Daniels. Nowhere in the constitution says the rights of terrorism should
not stifle so they had no rights are doing that.

The death of citizen Malik Cooper has apple going through a crisis. If it
wasn’t for representative McShea from Apple corp., apple may have went out of
business. He used the constitution to back up their thoughts. Although Apple
won, Malik’s family had the right to go up there and state their opinion because
of the constitution; freedom of speech.

In conclusion, the constitution is a good problem solving paper. It lays out
legislating and judicial powers that can be used to stabilize this country. The ichip
is still on the market but up for better elements. I wonder what’s going to happen next!
